Photshop elements 6 organizer dont start

I cannot open photoshop organizer. A box comes on the screen that says 'photoshop oranizer has encounted a problem and needs to close'. The editors still works though. But I cant create anything without the organizer. I have only had the program for 4 weeks and it worked fine to start with. Then all of a sudden it stopped.
