How do i unlock my belkin45g because i locked it to stop people using my connection but now i cant use it myself

you can remove the central locking fuse , this will stop the lock/unlock constantly , the problem is usually with the drivers door lock mechanism , that is perhaps why you cant lock/unlock with the key, lock from inside vehicle and get out passenger side, that lock should work with the key until you get the lock changed on drivers door

take to phone shop to have code read/reset

The only way to know is to remove the inner door panel and check, this can lead to be a real pain if you do not know what you are doing. Take it to a repairman

I see this is an old question, but I'll answer it because I ran into it myself - after hooking the battery up again, hold down the lock button on your little lock/unlock remote. If that doesn't work, hold down the unlock button. I always forget and end up doing one and then the other. In any case, it resets and the hazards should stop flashing!

According to Apple, if you have forgotten the code, you can unlock the IPod by doing the following:
Connect your IPod to the primary computer you use it with (the first one
IPod synced with), and open iTunes. When you disconnect iPod from the computer, it will no longer be locked.
If you can't unlock IPod using either [the code or connecting it to the computer you use to manage its songs]. . . you can restore your iPod to factory settings using iPod Updater. Please note that this will erase all data on your iPod. Afterwards, you can add your music and data back to your iPod.
If you want to change the primary computer that your IPod is associated
with, do this:
1. Restore your iPod. Warning: The restore process cannot be undone.
All of your songs and files will be deleted. Always make a backup of your important data.
2. Connect your iPod to the computer that you want to be the primary computer.
3. Open iTunes and synchronize.
Apple also notes that company Representatives cannot unlock an iPod if you forget your combination. If you can't unlock your iPod and you don't
have access to the primary computer, your only option is to restore the IPod, which will erase all music and data.

Without diagnosing the problem myself, I'd GUESS it's the driver's door 'LOCK/UNLOCK' actuator. Go to http://www.hmaservice.com/ and register (vehicle by VIN). Afterward, you'll have access to technical information (manuals, wiring diagrams, service bulletins, etc) about your vehicle.

There is a child safety lock in the door jamb. Unlock the door and open it from the OUTSIDE and look for a small sliding switch somewhere along the edge of the door where the door makes contact with the body when shut.

There is a small clear plastic circle under where the paper comes out, it has two positions, lock and unlock, sometimes when people grab the copies they bump it to lock, use a flash light and make sure its unlocked, you can also just remove it, it was there for shipping. L-codes = scanner lock problems, real cold conditions can cause the scanner greases to not allow the scanner to move fast enough, put the copier somewhere warm. Good Luck!!!
