Mitsubishi ws55809 tv tuner picture won't come on until tv warms up

Mitsubishi ws55809 tv tuner picture won't come on (stays blankd/black) until tv warms up, then it blanks out sometimes even after coming on when channels are changed.

If i use the VCR or DVD for pictures the TV Picture seems to be fine. It may take a couple of seconds to come on initially but the delay is almost unnoticeable.

I would like to know if there is a board that can be swapped or repaired.

Mitsubishi WS-55809 Blue screen on DTV and Component connectors. Think it may be the connectors on Terminal board Plug Component cables from Cable box to DTV and get Blue screen. DVD player to Component 1 or 2 blue Screen. TV was recently put in storage for a couple of months.
