Go to http://www.software112.com/products/lg-pc-suite+download.html and install the LG PC suite tool and drivers which will allow you to connect your phone to the PC
Had exact same problem. I first purchased and fitted a 2 Gb mini SD for the phone to store photos. I then phoned LG support 0844 847 5454 who pointed me to the LG website download

Find the downloads on your computer and install. When you connect your phone you will see it as an extra drive in Windows Explorer. Remember that before you can drag-and-drop from phone to computer (using Windows Explorer) you will need to 'move' you photos to your mini SD (see phone manual). It works a dream.
well, it is probably the sound driver for you computer not for LG Viewty, find a CD with your computer labeled "Drivers and Utilities" or something like that then you probably solve the "sound driver" problem

No there isnt but you can get the info off via the data transfere cable But you must have external memory installed Aslo you cannot transfere photos directly to iphoto Your mac will see your KU 990 as just another external memory device
Make sure u have Bluetooth Sharing ticked in ur Sharing preferences (in the 'Internet & Network' part of ur System preferences) when using Bluetooth file transfer method (the USB/Mass storage wasnt working)...this fixed my Blueetooth issues Woohoo!
