I have a Windows 98 Se computer and I want to ''Add'' my Epson Stylus color 480 printer in the Printer Part under the control Panel yet it wont let me as it does not have the model specified on the list. What am I doing wrong?

you need to download driver from epson site and download and install those drivers, from the site .
