Hello geoff100lee.... many of the "C's" have a small wobble in the steering at certain speeds...most notable while decelerating... Two considerations that control a front end shimmy are the tightness of the steering head bearing and steering dampers.
Since most bikes don't have steering dampers it's EXTREMELY important that the head bearing is properly adjusted. Your dealer is most likely aware of this problem on the "C", even if he won't admit to it.
There is a fix for it using tapered needle bearings. The bearings are about 40 buxs, but requires pressing and a few special tools to install. If you search VTXcafe.com or VTXOA.com forums you can find instructions.
Good luck...i hope this helps. please rate me a fixya.

Just because the front end wobbles, doesn't mean that the problem is at that end. If the tyre on the rear has uneven wear or hasn't been fitted properly or has just slipped due to torque slippage. it can cause a "tank slapper" this problem is exacerbated by the length of Cruiser style bikes. The reason this can feel like a front end wobble is because the headstock is the only real "bendy" bit on the bike. Always check both ends when it comes to anything concerning tyres or wheels.

I started out with Dunlop tires on my 2006, I got rid of them and changed brands and NO wobble. Was like a new bike.

2008 GMC Acadia the front passenger wheel wobbles at low speeds help plese what could be wrong

There's not a lot to go on here but there are several things that cause this. Usually this will be caused by a wheel or tyre problem and to confirm this I would swap the two front wheels over and see if the wobble transfers to the other side. If it does jack up the side with the wobble and spin the wheel to see if the wheel and tyre run true, by this I mean the wheel and tyre don't show signs of buckling. If tyre is distorted but not the wheel buy a new tyre. If the wheel is distorted buy a replacement wheel and probably a new tyre. If neither tyre nor wheel are distorted and the tyre has plenty of tread left, take the wheel to a tyre distributor and have it rebalanced. If when you swapped the wheels around the wobble remained on the same side then there is probably something wrong with the steering or suspension components. With the wheel off the ground and the ca? secured on axle stands have an assistant pull the wheel around while you look for play in the joints and the wheel bearing. Worn components need replacement. Out of all the problems I have highlighted here, the wheel balancing is the most likely cause of your issues.

Frount end wobble on my 1992 kawasaki voyager

So many differnt things can cause this.
worn tyre front
bent wheel
bent discs
worn wheel bearings
worn or unlubricated head bearings.
leaking fork seals'lack of fork oil

the problem can also be caused from the rear of the bike, tyre, bearings, swing arm. misaligned wheels, bent frame etc.

If this has just started happening, tyres and bearings most common.
If there has been no crash involved a lot of the possibility are already excluded

Wobble at above 65

Better start checking everything. depending on the severity of the wobble, it may just need something simple like a new tyre. But all of the following can cause a problem
Tyres worn
tyre pressures\and balance\incorrect sizes
wheel bearings front and rear
spoke tension( if it has spokes)
Head bearings\twisted forks
swing arm bushes
change front fork oil\check suspension settings
loose axle bolts
bent discs
string line the wheels
bent frame or forks

Front end wobbles not ball joints or barrings

Ckeck the condition of your front tyres. Check for correct fitting of the tyres to the rims. Check for bends, buckles or damage to the wheels. Have your front wheels balanced on the vehicle. This is important! Once balanced, mark the position of each wheel relative the the hub so that if removed, it can go back in the exact same position. Use paint or a centre punch to do this. A punch mark on one stud and the wheel hole next to that stud will do.

The handle vibrates while running at speed of about 60 kmph

If the vibration is an up down type(as apposed to a wobble of the bars) check the front tyre for out of round or have the front wheel balance checked. If it is a wobble check the steering head bearings arn't too loose. Also kheck that your engine mounting bolts arn't loose.
Hope this helps
