yes i have a problem with my tv it will not power up how do i check it if itis the power supply or diodes i checked the fuse andit is good i get 68 volts acrossed it is that normal? and can i get a schematic sincerely please help Patrick

Check out Toshiba Customer Support. They e-mailed me the instructions to reset the V-Chip.
