Kodak EasyShare C613

Bought a Kodak EasyShare C613 from Dell.

Don't remember a cable in the box.

Do I need one to download, or is this a wireless.

Had so much 'stuff' that I am truely not sure exactly what I bought.

Thanks in advance for your time and consideration.

I am not sure if mine came with a cable either. I ordered a cable off ebay and it does not fit the camera. Now I really don't know what to do. This sucks!

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa.

There is a certain thing you can buy that has a cord that hooks up to your computer, and then you put your camera in the little holder and it uploads. BUT if you dont want to spend your money on that, yes you need a USB cord to upload. Your camera should have come with A USB cord, manual,CAMERA (:, a software disk, etc.

None of the software on my computer recognize the videos on my Kodak EasyShare C613, what software do I need or how do I do this?

The Kodak EasyShare C613 digital camera uses the QuickTime motion JPEG format for storing its videos. Apple QuickTime is a free download from Apple's website.

I hope that helps.

Kodak EasyShare C613 not able to connect through USB

I had part of this problem. Click on the "add pictures" button, and find your camera on the screen in the upper left hand part. THen choose the photos you want to download. That is how I do mine. If that doesn't work, just keep trying. I had to try for a LONGGGG time to get mine to load. I used to have to pay to get my photos on a disc..

Cant download photos from kodak c613 camera to ps3

Hello. I have the same problem with my Kodak EasyShare C653 on my 40GB PS3. I am sorry to announce it is not compatible with the PS3.
If you have a different version of the PS3 (unlike my 40GB), you may be able to use your SD card on your PS3.
If this doesn't work, download the pictures onto a computer. Transfer the pictures or video to a flash drive (USB key), and upload to your PS3.
