I just bought this remote the Jensen JER-422 & I can not get the codes to work with my new Hitachi Plasma TV. I am currently installing Dish Network Satellite & we need help programing the remote to work with the TV. Can anyone help me???????

i have dish network different brand tv but have codes for hitachi they are 1004,1006,1012,1013,1059,1060,1063,1135,1136,1145,1148,1179,1185. hope one of these helps
