On these models we have found that a switch is sticking on the control panel not allowing the set to operate properly.
Disconnect the control panel.
You will be able to use the remote on it.
To find the plugs for the control panel:
Remove the speaker grill and front panel, then follow the wire to the connection.

Remember to unplug the set before putting your hands inside of it.

I have forgotten my pin code for my supersonic SC-74MID tablet. How do I reset it?

I don't know which OS your tablet uses... perhaps Jelly Bean. If so, if you push the Power button and the "Power Off" option shows up on the screen press the selection of "Power Off" and hold your finger down on it until a pop-up screen shows a selection of: Boot into "Safe Mode". Choose that and what happens is it boots up with no applications loaded. You should then be able to access the "Settings" and then choose "Factory Data Reset" option. Hope this works

How do I progam my remote so it works with dish.. it seems to be stuck on only TV setting, not on SAT!

Hello, this is Matthew Gonzales with DISH Network. If the remote will not change from "TV" mode to "SAT" mode, try changing the batteries first. If changing the batteries makes no difference and you still can not get the remote to change to "SAT" mode, the remote is defective and needs to be replaced. If it does change to "SAT" mode, but is not working you can try putting system info on your screen, (power off the receiver using front panel button, the press "up" arrow on the front of receiver). When systeminfo is on your screen, on the remote press the "SAT"button one time, and then press the "record" button threetimes. Try pressing select to see if it is now working. You canalso try to hard reset your receiver. To perform a hard reset, you unplugthe receiver from its power outlet, wait 15 seconds, then plug it backin. Try reprogramming the remote again with the first part of theseinstructions. If the remote is still not working, it may be faulty. If this has not been resolved please feel free to email me at matthew.gonzales@dishnetwork.com. Hope this helps!

All the connections work the ps3 comes on but then goes black

You may have messed up the Screen-Settings, to solve this try this.

Step 1: Turn off the PLAYSTATION 3 by holding the Power button on the front of the unit till the Power light is red.

Step 2:
  1. Touch and hold the Power button, you will hear the first beep, meaning the PLAYSTATION 3 is powering on.
  2. Continue to hold the Power button and after about 5 seconds, you will hear a second beep, indicating the video reset.
  3. Continue to hold the Power button and after about another 5 seconds you will hear a third beep and the system will power off (Power light is red).

Step 3:
  1. Touch and hold the Power button, you will hear the first beep, again for the PLAYSTATION 3 to power on.
  2. Continue to hold the Power button and after about 5 seconds, you will hear a second beep for video reset.
  3. Continue to hold the Power button and after about another 5 seconds you will hear a quick double beep. At that point release the Power button. If you succeeded in activating Safe Mode, you will see a message on the screen saying, "Connect the controller using a USB cable and then press the PS button."
  4. Connect a USB cable to the controller and the PLAYSTATION 3 and press the PS button to enter Safe Mode.
  5. Then you will see the Safe Mode menu.

  1. Restore Default Settings
  2. Restore File System
  3. Rebuild Database
  4. Restore PS3 System (This will wipe your harddrive, so remember to backup savegames.)

Try this, but keep in mind that one of the options wipes all your data.

These should be safe to use, and 'should' keep your data.

Logitech Harmony universal remote stuck in safe mode

Just a message to all that have problems with there Logitec remotes. My remote went into something called a "safe mode" when my partner changed the batteries while holding the power button.... I pressed every single button to try and get out of it but nothing seemed to work, (I was getting pretty frusterated, there is nothing in the manual to tell you how to fix this problem), however, I have now learnt that as you replace the batteries you need to have the number 2 button held in as you replace the last battery. This works 100% so if you have any trouble with the "safe mode" then this is what fixes it.
