Question about Microsoft Windows 98 for PC
The best option would be to Just do a system restore
To do this goto to
Start>>Help and support>>Pick a task>>Undo changes to your computer with System Restore
Restore back to the day when the system was working fine your system will work normally. It dosen't delete any of your recently created documents. so nothing to worry
