Unit in safeguard mode remove and replace battery 01

I have removed the battery pack, replaced the battery pack tried all combinations of buttons to reset. In the manual it says to contact the JVC service centre. I figure it needs to be reset. does anyone know how? Model is GR-DF430AA

SURE ITS NEED SERVICE YOU CAN TAKE TO ANY AUTHERISED SERVICE CENTRE.
BEFORE THAT MAKE SURE THE CASSETTE IS NOT STUCKING INSIDE THE MECHANISUM. THERE SHOULD BE AN ERROR CODE ON THE DISPLY UNIT START WITH E-01 TO E-06
