hello experts I recently came into ownership of a Sampo pme42s6. it powers up fine and has audio, but none of the video inputs are allowing a picture. I plugged in an S-video and Analog VHS signal, separately, but no picture. Note that the "no signal" message goes away when the source is playing, but the screen stays dark while sound comes through.
I also noticed (by accident) a flashing greed LED inside.

is this worth fixing, I'm pretty handy with electronics, better than novice, but not no expert by far. thx !
