I need a manual please. I have a Philips GoGear MP3 Player SA2RGA02 and I can't understand how to download music from my computer onto the MP3 Player successfully. Please help. I need the manual...

I cannot hrlp you with a manual BUT here are some instructions -
MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format. You need to convert your CDs to mp3 music files onto yourcomputer or download them from the Internet and then copy them to your MP3player.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player willcreate a MP3 music file for each music track.
Click on this link for instruction on converting music files to mp3 file format:- When you connect the MP3 player to yourcomputer and the computer detect the player as an external storage device or aRemoval disk, you can then view the folder on your MP3 player. Open the musicfolder and create a new folder on the player exactly the same way you create afolder on your computer's hard drive. To organise your music, make a foldername with the name of the music album and place the album's MP3 files in thisfolder.
You will then be able to select the music you want to play by the music albumfolder.

How to put music from my laptop to my zune 30gb

Importing Content to Zune Software
Zune software provides several options to import content. By default, Zune software automatically imports content that is downloaded to the following folders:
  • My Music
  • My Videos
  • My Pictures
Zune software monitors these folders for the current user as well as the folders designated for All Users. When content is downloaded to any of these folders, it is automatically imported to the Zune media library.
Zune users can also add a new folder to the list of folders that Zune software monitors, or they can manually drag and drop content from any folder to the Zune media library.

download zune software for which you can sync songs

Won't Import MP3's From Computer

Try this...Push a pin into the reset hole at the bottom of the player while at the same time holding down the play and power buttons. Next on the recovery screen that shows up, run the ":clean-ip" function. Then try again to import the music files.

this should all be in the manual though.

File error

Try a reset and see if it corrects itself. hit menu, settings, scroll to reset all, select yes. This won't delete any files, but it should clear up the song transfer problem. If that doesn't work you may have to reformat the device which will erase all data on it. But then you can start fresh again.
