My parrot MINIKIT neo 2 HD won't turn on after being left with the red and green buttons left on

but no where to be found in your book.

Try hitting the parrot reset on the back of the unit. Small hole that you can insert a paperclip into reset the unit.

Spoke with Parrot, was told that the batt had been left to run to low and I had tried to use it.
let the batt run right out and all will be ok.
I know put on charge veryday and have to had the problem again

Hey people! Read the full owners manual on the web.

Press the jog wheel and reset button at the back at the same time.

It resets itself.

By the way, I've thorn down every single piece of the slim kit, I unscrewed about 8 screws, and I suggest you do not do the same ever.The soft pad is self glued and now it does not stick back as before.
