My google homepage (not Chrome, but that was the only product accepted in the form) won't let me customize it. I can't reach google support. It redirects me to dot.com??? Says, google is unavailable to me because I may be spamming. I am not a spammer and don't believe my computer which has been protected by McAfee for the last 3 years is infected. What happened?

To set Google as your homepage, follow the steps listed below:
For Internet Explorer:
1.On the Start screen, tap or click "Internet Explorer" to open Internet Explorer.
2.Go to Tools button and click on "Internet Options"
3.Go to General section
4.Enter www.google.com in the box under Home page title
5.Click on "Apply" and click "OK" For Mozilla Firefox:
1.On the Start screen, tap or click "Mozilla Firefox" to open Mozilla Firefox.
2.Go to Tools button and click on "Options"
3.Go to General section
4.Enter www.google.com in the box besides Home page title
5.Click "OK"
For Google Chrome:
1.On the Start screen, tap or click "Google Chrome" to open Google Chrome
2.Click "Customize and control Google Chrome" button on the right side of the page and go to Settings
3.In the "On Startup" section, click on "Set pages" options besides "Open a specific page or set of pages".
4.Enter www.google.com in the box besides "Add a new page"
5.Click "OK"
