Check the door lock switch/solenoids. You'll have to unplug the range/stove. Remove the solenoid and check to see if it has continuity or if the solenoids are stuck.
You also might have luck resetting the clean cycle. Even though the lock is engaged, try to open the oven door a little. Start the clean cycle, then cancel it.

Oven will not come on to cook, it will come on in cleaning mode

I've seen this problem on my own oven. If yours, like mine, has a door that has a locking mechanism, the catch is most likely stuck in the locked position. The door still closes and the lever still moves (though it may be very stiff).
Take off the screws around the locking plate, manually push the catch to the open position, spray the catch VERY, VERY lightly with WD-40 and dry it thoroughly. Close the oven door and try the lever again.
At this point, it should move freely and your oven should be able to switch between LOCKED/Self-Clean Mode and UNLOCKED/Cook Mode. If it does still get stuck, you'll just has to a) try lubricating the catch a bit more or b) keep a screwdriver handy! ;)

Oven door is in the locked mode and wont close

You can use a screwdriver and a wire coat hanger to get to the latch between te slots on the door. you have to open the door to get to the scews in most cases.

Clean mode

The door lock switch may be stuck down. is there a door lock light on the panel? Otherwise I would guess your control is bad.
