Wbr-2310 driver

Routers don't use drivers. You PC connects to it through the network, either wirelessly or through a wire. If you need to configure it, you can visit
ftp://ftp10.dlink.com/pdfs/products/WBR-2310/WBR-2310_ds_ca.pdf
to view the datasheet.
If you plug the wires in (your incoming internet signal goes to the Internet jack, and any PC's connect with wires to the back of the unit) then that computer should be able to connect.
If you are connecting wireless devices to it, you will need to enable wireless networking.
To change your settings, you will need to log into the router by typing 192.168.0.1 in a web browser. A pop up will come up asking for a user name and password. Here is the default password, unless someone changed it.
User name: admin
password: (leave blank)
Once you are in you can adjust wireless settings, security (for a password-secured connection). A word of warning here: If you create a password make sure you copy it down exactly because you will need to enter it before you can connect to it.

I need help securing my network with a passcode.

Hmm...the best thing that I can recommend is using the manual for your D-Link. They have all of the necessary information you will need to access the management interface for your router (it will be done with the web browser of your choice). It is easiest if you are plugged directly into the router with a network cable. Go to the D-Link site and you should be able to find the manual there. http://www.dlink.com/products/?tab=3&pid=WBR-2310&rev=WBR-2310

Need to re-set my ssid network name to re-secure my wireless network

Some support information for your router can be found at dlink site:
http://www.dlink.com/support/
type wbr and select 2310,

Product info at this site contains manual:
http://www.dlink.com/products/?pid=WBR-2310
Choose Support Resources tab and then select whether or not you have RevB (it will guide you how you can tell).
You can then download the Product Manual. In the non-RevB manual, what to do with SSID is described on p25, showing where in the set-up interface to enter it. The RevB manual will likely be similar, depending on your exact model.

If you don't know how to access the device's settings, send back a comment and I will assist you further.

Hi, I need to reset my network key on my dlink wireless model number WBR- 2310

You should find a small button on the device labeled reset. Hold this button in for 5-10 seconds until all the lights blink.
