Hello your first solution is to Restore your phone by typing *#7780# and enter 12345 or what you have made.If this procedure doesn't help the last solution is to Update the OS,since your web doesn't works you need to flash the phone. So, my last comment is to visit nearest mobile repairing shop to avoid worse damage.Good luck. Thanks for visiting fixya
Just do this tricks...but you should know that the flash file version should Rm -320 = 35.0.001 v7(EURo.MEA,APAC,LTA),Rm-321 =31.1.004 v2 (EDGE),Rm-421 = 35.2.002 v6 (AM) If the CMT file doesnotmatch " error cmt will be shown" So, try to select the right file and follow this
You can choose the file from here .Open http://www.blue-nokia.com/index02.html and in the left
side of the window there you will notice BB5 SUPPORT click there
and you will again see various models of Nokia Mobile Handsets. Then, make a
selection to 5220.Again there you'll see different download links.choose the
last one by clicking to the download link you will lead a new windows.I think
this is enough.......you can when you get there. Thanks
First download and install
Pheonix from this link.Nokia
Phoenix Service Software 2011 - Download secondly Download flash file from this link http://adf.ly/2WHa2 and install it to C / program files/pheonix.. after
finished this installation open pheonix . Inside the interface at the> top
click there and choose "open file" and then select the
approprait Product type i.e "which is written on the back panel
inside the battery of every Nokia(Type RM-000).After doing this again at
the left top count from "File"1..2..3..the 4th one is "Flashing"
press there, when you click there you'll see three sub-menus, just select the
"Firmware Update" again you'll see another interface. Look at
the product code there should be blank and put your "mouse tool" at
the straight end from the "Product Code" there is a Buttonand choose the code which is written in the back side of your phone. e.g CODE:0000000.if
the same code does not found just take one which is higher. After this you can
see "Dead phone USB flashing" click that box. Now this is the
last stage... Connect your phone with the USB to your PC and let
the driver install ...wait for a moment.(Ifyour phone working).Lastly after just finished (In case your
phone is Dead, unable to switch on in normal mode start from here)Connect the phone to pc without powering...insert good battery and Click the "Referbish"
button after this, a message will prompt you "press power botton"
etc. insert charger orpress it and wait
until the phone will Restart automatically in normal mode 10-15 minutes. If you
cannot understand just leave a Comment /Click here1
Actually, pressing those button to reset your phone will do nothing because the firmware update was not completed so all the necessary system files got messed up..The only solution for you to revive your phone is to flash it using a software but its to complicated to perform. You can go to a cellphone repair shop instead and ask them to flash your phone..

Only Hope you have is to take it to a Nokia service center, they will probably charge you for the repair as it is a none warranty fault and any data that was stored on the fone will be lost. Go to the Nokia web site to find your nearest service center
Your mobile phone has a virus so you will need to take the phone to a mobile service center and have them re-flash the phone to correct this issue....or you can try downloading an anti-virus to correct this issue.
Change of a virus on your n95 is really small. I think you have just a bad screen. If warranty is still valid, i think you should try to get a new one. Otherwise, you should get a new screen and a some information on how to replace the screen.
