My husband and I just opened an ice cream shop in June. We purchased a used Taylor 754. It had been working like a charm unil the past couple of weeks. We do not have a manual. 1) we were wondering if we could purchase or download one 2) here is the problem: the right hand side freezes up and pops the reset button for the beater motor. Then, he has adjusted the temperature with the potentiotimeters. And it won't make ice cream. It is either too soupy and doesn't freeze up. But, He turned the meter the width of a screwdriver head and it will freeze up. It will not dial in. Thank you, Tom
