Question about Microsoft Outlook 2003 for PC
my mail was configured on outlook express & now i am exporting mails to ms outlook 2003 the prb is the size of the mail is more than 4 gb .while i am trying to import the mail it import complete but when i want to view the mail it display the size limit u cant view the mail u are suppose to del some mail. but icant del the mail. is ther any solution to increase the size of outlook 2003.

Your PST (email folder) file should not be bigger than 1.8Gb, once it reaches that size, you cannot receive or send emails.
What you can do is save the email attachments on your hard drive and delete them from the email message itself, saving only the message.
Make PST files that only contain up to 1.5Gb, then create more with other names (like Inbox200712_01.pst, Inbox200712_02.pst) for example.
