It depends from machine to machine. on some you just need to enter into service mode and then copy sp or system sp. On other Ricoh machines you need to execute a reset. first of all turn on the machine, and make sure no print jobs are present, or remove the network print or USB print cable and then turn on the machine. This is just to make sure that no print jobs are present, because this will make you to not be able to enter in service mode. To reset fuser SC codes you need to enter Service Programme Mode and reset SP5-810 to 1, then turn the main switch off and on again. If you need help on entering SP mode etc. then take a look here.
