Re: XEROX DOCUPRINT M750
From what I have found out asking around. Go to the Xerox.com web site.
From the tool bar select Support and Drivers. In the search area, enter M750, your printer model.
Then select drivers and downloads.
Once again the drivers and download link.And select the Windows 2000 driver. I have been told that driver should work fine with XP also.
I do not have that particular model to check this out. But I am pretty sure that it should be fine, unless you have a 64 bit version of XP.
Give that a try, I am pretty sure it will work. And if you can, please let me know.

You maybe able to download a Windows 7 printer driver from the Xerox WEB site. If there isn't a Windows 7 printer driver then Xerox considers this printer too old and you need to purchase a later model. You can download the Xerox printer drivers from theirsupport WEB site. The Xerox DocuPrint P8ex understands PrinterControlLanguage of version 5e or 6 (PCL 5e or PCL 6). So actually you can use driver from every printer supports PCL 6. Driver for "Fuji Xerox AP-II C2200 PCL 6" working very well for me on Windows 7 64bit.
Steps to install:
From Device Manager -> Other devices ->Right click on DocuPrint P8ex -> Update Driver Software -> Browse my computer for driver software -> Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer -> Double click Printers -> Fuji Xerox from Manufacturer -> FX AP-II C2200 PCL -> Next
Driver Version: 2.6.15
Driver Languages : English, Chinese - Simplified, Chinese - Traditional and Korean.

This is just a suggestion. I recently bought a Staples refilled cartridge and had to return it because it did not work. When returning it the Staples Rep said that 50% of the cartridges do not work and get returned. This was an astounding amount I told the rep. Means nothing to him but to you, you may need to return the black cartridge if it is or is not a refill and try it out again. Let me know if that works.
