Hi I own a Konica Minolta Bizhub 600 whenever I try to make a copy using the platen glass, it seemes that the copier prints the text an inch or two under the normal edge. Please help!

Look to see if the paper trays are set to the correct paper size. Also, look to see if the zoom is set to auto or at a 100%
