Space bar is sticky due to liquid accident ( soft drink )
If the space bar works but is sticky, try removing the spacebar and expose the hinges. Clean the liquid off with a moist cotton bud. Then fix the spacebar back in place, line the spacebar up and press gently until you hear the hinges click into place on the spacebar.
If the spacebar does not work as it should or it won't click back in place, then the only option is to replace the keyboard.
Keyboards are available on the Internet, I purchased one from Yall Store.

Get a Electrical/Electronic solvent spray from RS, give it a good spray (with Power Off!) and operate it lots of times. The spray will evaporate naturally and may remove the gunk! Ian.
