If the space bar works but is sticky, try removing the spacebar and expose the hinges. Clean the liquid off with a moist cotton bud. Then fix the spacebar back in place, line the spacebar up and press gently until you hear the hinges click into place on the spacebar.
If the spacebar does not work as it should or it won't click back in place, then the only option is to replace the keyboard.
Keyboards are available on the Internet, I purchased one from Yall Store.

Get a Electrical/Electronic solvent spray from RS, give it a good spray (with Power Off!) and operate it lots of times. The spray will evaporate naturally and may remove the gunk! Ian.

The distance, current speed, maximum speed, average speed and odometer are not correct on my rides. The wheel calibration is set correctly, as is the installation with the distance between the sensor

It sounds like your computer reset itself. This may be due to a sticky button, as most computers are installed at the same place where folks have their aero bottles. Some of the nice sticky glucose liquid runs onto the computer face when you drink, gumming up the buttons. Try wiping your computer face with a hot damp (not dripping wet) rag. If this is the problem, the hot water should remove the sticky stuff on your buttons and allow your computer to work properly.

When I press space-bar on my laptop, up jumps a letter Z. any ideas to get rid or correct this?

There is some liquid sticky material between keys z , x and you space bar that need to be cleaned. Use alcohol and a tag and try to clean between the keys. Try not to remove the keys because sometimes they break and won't come back on.

If you let all of the liquid evaporate out of the pitcher, would you be able to see the solid particles from the drink mix?

The solids would settle out, but most likely not as individual particles. Given that drink mixes contain a lot of sugar (which will absorb moisture from the air) chances are not all (100%) of the liquid would evaporate, and you would most likely be left with a sticky mess.

What does this have to do with the early fuel evaporation sensor on a Buick, exactly?

Brand new sony portable dvd player dvp-fx820/p's motherboard got damaged according to sony people, it was an accident by my daughter she was drinking her apple juice and accidently a few drops just...

Liquid and Juice though incompatible with electronics (don't mix well) are
not always deadly. BUT you do need to gid rid of them completely. First
off, remove the unit battery and do not apply anymore power to it (via
the AC adapter). Because any liquid can easily find its way inside your unit,
(unseen to the naked eyes) you may have to have someone with electronics skills
taking it apart and using a soft tooth brush dipped in fresh water and removing
the sticky sugared liquid completely. Shake the board to get rid as much of water
from it and allow it to dry for a day. I have fixed many electronic devices
successfully this way.

My spacebar is not working correctly. It will not space at all, or leave too manyspaces.

chances are that your space bar key is faulty and not the motherboard. this usually happens if the keyboard is old or if u possibly messed cool drink/coffee etc on the keyboard and it is sticky. Some keyboard can be opened from the bottom and you can clean individual keys but unless you are qualified to do so - i wont try it. Best is to try a new keyboard - you can pick up keyboard for very cheap these days.

Spilled soft drink. After clean up there was no sound

did you get all the liquid out from the inside of the deck? there may still be some still between the leads of the output ic. how long was it between the spilling of the pop and the clean-up. if it was a long enough period, the soft drink may have eaten through some of the legs on the output ic.

Spilt soft drink on camera not noticed for 24 hours - system seems clogged up and screen appears to have liquid trapped under it. Not moving as though already chrystalised.

The inside of your camera is not only a sticky mess by now but the acid in the soft drink will continue to eat away at the circuit board. Could be an opportunity to get a shiny, new camera.
