If a language does not appear in the Input language list, the fonts for that language might not be installed. If that is the case, follow the instructions below.
Add language support

This is simple, you need to go to the control panel, and choose Regional and Languages buttin. If they are in a foreign language you can google translate those words so you can see what they say.

If you're computer is running windows XP try this:
-Open Regional Options in Contol Panel.
-Click on the Advanced tab.
-In "Default user account settings" at the bottom of the page, check the box beside "Apply all settings to the current user account and to the default user profile"

To change the screen Hold the Ctrl + Alt key and press the up and down arrow keys till you get the proper screen. You can change the language by downloading one of the language packs from this site:
