Question about SanDisk Sansa e200 MP3 Player
My Sansa recently started to go between connecting and disconnecting. It only started to do this when I put it on MSC mode. Up until a few weeks ago, I was able to load songs onto it in MTP mode, but then the computer stopped recognizing it and kept asking me for installation software. So then I changed it to MSC mode and now it won't stay connected. I have two of these players and both of them do this in MSC mode and it's not the cable. Solutions? Advice?
Start by updating the firmware to the latest version. You can get the firmware updater (you will have to do this on your brother's computer probably) online at sandisk's site. Then, check back in after you've done that-sometimes more problems arise, sometimes problems are fixed.
