Don't know this unit so this is general for most players.What I know is that the problem I' ve had(and solved) is that Audio/Video files are unique in that there are many types, AVI, MP4, RM, DVIX .MPEG.FLV..... In addition resolution can vary, Then There's CODEXs . You must find out what file, files are supported by your player absolutely first.I have loaded files onto players and they don't even show up on menu folders or it's Drive. Many players have websites that you can download converters/media managers that are supported by your player.Not every file is convertable.Once you learn what you can convert to put it on your player is easy,either with media manager or drag and drop onto the unit when attached to the computer look for the new Drive letter that's your unit.This problem is frustrating but once you do the steps I've instructed it will work.Good Luck.
