All of our copies are coming out with black lines at the bottom about an inch thick.

- we use both the document feeder and the platen glass. We had a tech come out and he said our machine was a dinosaur but that he could order "the right part". He never returned. Is this something I could do even though I know nothing about copiers? Cleaning a charge cortron wire sounds a little hi-tech for me. LOL
