Problem for Symantec WinFax Pro for PC
Will not let me enter phone, fax or CSID to install program

When I enter a CSID and tab or click to the fax or phone number it sends me out of the program and will not let me back in. Because of this the program will not install. The program is connected with the modem and registered but will not let me complete install to actually use it until the WTNSETUP is run to completion.
