I have a hotpoint aquarius WF250 1500 spin. The cycle stops half way through with the on/off light flashing fast and both the Reduce Creases & Time Saver lights flashing slower. I can't pump out the water either when the dial is turned to pump out. Is the filter blocked? If so how do I get to it and then stop the water going all over the floor when I take off the hose etc.
