Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Heater not heating enough

Electric furnaces have strip heat inside of them. Depending on the model, size, etc, is how much heat the system can provide. Many times, if the system has worked in the past and started to have problems later, it's because you have lost half or more of your heat strips. They come in different sizes, 10kw, 15kw, 20kw, but ran on different contactors. So if you have a tripped breaker, faulty heat sequencer, etc, you can still have heat, but not the full amount. I strongly suggest any electrical related problems be look at by a qualified technician when dealing with air handlers. Hope this helps!

I mean this respectfully, if the technician cannot wire a unit without a wiring diagram , he is not competent to do the work.
It is really very simple, If you look at the power lines entering a building, ther are but 2 hot legs of 115 volts for 230 volts and a earth / ground, every wire we will ever see are these 2 hot legs or a combination of them.
Every circuit requires 2 sides/legs of power, a device and a switch, begin at L1 go through switch to load return to opposite side of power from where you began, very simple.

If you do not know this a wiring diagram will tell him nothing but how to blindly try to follow some diagram he has no grasp of the theory behind or he would see how simple his dilamna is.

Anyone have a wireing diagram for a nordyne E1EH-015HA

Intertherm does not offer a wiring diagram for the E1 series anymore. So I have included a link to the E2 series. They are very similar and you may find this service manual helpful for whatever problem you may be having.

I have a nordyne elec furnace just put in a new heat sequencer

You need to check the low voltage side to see if the t-stat is calling for heat. If it is, it is either the sequencer or a fuse to the heating elements (older model). But most likely the squencer. If you have a meter, you can check to see what side of the sequencer is burnt. Could also be a relay depending on the model number. If you get me the model number, I can send you a copy of the wiring diagram for the unit. This is the brand that I deal with.

FURNACE OR AC WONT TURN ON

to see if it is the t-stat or the system you can unwire the entire t-stat and jump out the wires. never touch the blue to any other wire or you will blow the low voltage fuse on new board. if you jump red to yellow and your condensing unit cycles on the t-stat is wired wrong or wrong style. If not go check the yellow wire at cond. unit and see if power is even going to it.

Intertherm E1EH-015HA FURNACE no heat

Sounds like a downflow electric furnace? If so it sounds like you have 15kw worth of electric heat, you might have a defective heating sequencer, witch is what they call a dual on one plate.
