How would i disable both firewalls, i can disable the first one in the control panel BUT theres another one hidden somewhere and since i cant disable that one, i have to wait Hours just to download a 4 minute song Plz Help Me!! And there are no Router Settings so i cant find it there

goto control panel
double click windows firewall, if you did not find windows firewall at control panel change your control panel view by clicking classic view, and control panel will show windows firewall icon
after double click windows firewall, then click turn on windows firewall, and you got your windows firewall is on

click on start and then control panel in control panel you will see the option of windows firewall choose that and there is option of on and off choose the off option .it will disable the firewall .
but one more thing it will harm to you computer if firewall is off.

The fire probably opened the internal flame senor, also known as
the oven cavity thermal cutout (TCO) located on top of the cavity.

control panel or hidden on the left side behind the grille, which is
very helpful when troubleshooting, testing, and locating components.

if u have windows XP operating system then do the followin 1.log in as administrator 2.go to control panel 3.then click windows firewall and then disable it 4.or else click windows security center in the control panel 5.scroll down for windows firewall, click it n disable it
ya had same problem with a few programs do not turn firewall off just allow the program through the firewall and if you have a router you have to let it through there to and windows firewall to and if you have a antivirus program same goes for it
sometimes if you run the program as admin it works to
