Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Basically, one day, all of a sudden, for no apparent reason, my printer started rejected my black ink cartridge, claiming it was the wrong kind. Of course, this is absurd, as it was just using the same cartridge successfully for several printouts... and all the numbers check.
Is there anything I can do, or will replacing the cartridge with (another) new one fix the error message?
I've tried everything as far as rebooting, re-installing, etc... but the problem persists.
