We are in the business of selling custom made lighting and chandelier crystals. Since our products are sold on eBay and our website, it is critical that our pictures are crisp and clear. But for some reason they mostly seem to come out fuzzy, escpecially after resizing the images. How can we take clear pictures of these shiny objects?

When you resize an image (especially if the original image is quite large), you need to sharpen it before uploading.
Besides that, there's many other parameters that affect the image quality. The picture you uploaded here is too small to be properly examined. Make sure, in any case, that:
1) The camera has focused properly. Especially in items like the one shown (with multiple reflective surfaces), a camera can be easily fooled and focus on something other than what you intended 2) Make sure the camera settings are appropriate (ISO should not be too high, shutter speed should not be too slow) 3) Use a tripod for maximum stability
