Put your thumbnail under the silver faceplate above where it says garmin and on the right you will see a reset button. It will reset your garmin and you will not lose your information. Hope this helps.

My Garmin worked great for about a week. Then it went off for no reason. I pushed the reset button and it came back on for about 10 minutes. Then it went back off and has yet to come back on. What should I do?
screen froze on street addres does not turn off or reset
My Garmin C330 would not turn on right out of the box.I push the reset the screen stays black.
When I turn the unit on it displays the word StreetPilot for a few seconds and then turns itself off. Re-setting does not slove the problem. This is a new out of the box unit.

Reset did not turn it on. USB did not turn it on but message on computor appears stating a malfunction in unit.

Same thing, right out of the box. It was Christmas gift last year bought on Black Friday. Walmart would not take it back because it was January before I received the gift. It just sits in a drawer. I hate my mom wasted over $100 on this piece of poop, but I had no reciept (as my mom doesn't keep any of that) so I could not send to the company either. OH WELL
One of the copper connections in my C330 mount fell out and was lost and now the GPS will not power up. Where and how do I get another one?
screen on Garmin Infotainment System is blank it only says press on dot but when you try it moves all over screen how can I reset?
