Printer won't print

I have a lexmark x3350 that I just installed. It keeps telling me that I have an alignment issue and to check the cartriges for tape. There is no tape on the cartriges. What can I do to get this printer to work?

I have the same problem.

Open the Lexmark solution center that installed when you added the printer to your computer. Run the align cartridges. This should fix the problem.
