While on vacation the power must have went out at the house. My Mitsubishi WS-55859 timer light blinks green. It does not respond to powering on or off. Can you help?

This is a common problem, you need to remove the digital module and replace all of the 1000 microfarad at 16 volt capacitors with ones rated at 25 volt. there will be 4 or 7 of them. it requires alot of disassembly and soldering, you might need a tv repairman.

Blinking green light

TRY TO GET TO THE MENU, SETUP, AND EDIT YOUR SETUP SO EVERYTHING IS DEFAULT. I TOOK A 2001 50" HOME LAST NIGHT, MY SLEEP TIMER LIGHT ON THE FRONT, BLINKED FOR A FEW MIN. THEN, YOU CAN TURN IT ON AND RESET.....HOPE IT HELPS.......????

You need the V21/V19 DM repair kit thats available at the following link, it contains the parts and step by step instruction CD so you can do the repair yourself. Its listed under their repair Kit category.

Check any/all fuse devices in power supply.Let me know.....T.
By the way,the tv serial # is 107543. I assume the model # is
as stated==WS-55859.
