To resolve this problem, remove the affected filter drivers.

There will be 3 reasons if your cd rom doesn't run, first it might be your cd is defective the 2nd your cd rom lens might be dusty which needs to be cleaned and the 3rd is that you might uninstalled the driver for this hardware for this you need to install the driver for this
