Re: btyahoo problem that they can't fix
I guess your problem your system maybe not allowing active x components to your system. uninstall first your internet browser(IE, Mozilla, etc.) then reboot. and then install internet browser. and then explore the internet. when explorer asking to allow activex and install just click yes or either u can see a yellow above just right click and install. If this not work, go to http://www.microsoft.com and then download the "Microsoft windows script" u can find it by searching the site. after downloading install and restart the system. and again do this; when explorer asking to allow activex and install just click yes or
either u can see a yellow above just right click and install. hope this can solve the problem.

You're asking in the Yahoo mail category. Are you unable to access Yahoo mail or BT mail?
If it's BT mail, and you've switched from BT, you're likely out of luck as you would no longer have authorization to access their servers, as those would be restricted to BT servers. This is why independent email services (such as Hotmail, Gmail and Yahoo mail) are nice - they're not tied to any one internet company and can follow you no matter how many times you switch.
BT have now transferred emails from what used to be known as BTYahoo and is now known as BTMail. If you go to the log in page here: Email Login Page
then you can enter your email address and underneath the password box is a link "Forgotten password". If you click on this (the word "password"), you will be taken to a page to enter your username (email address). Clicking continue will put a green tick against the email address and you will then be taken to a page where you can choose how to receive a password reset email (probably not a good idea unless you have a second email address that is not a BT one) or a password reset text message to a mobile phone.
If you no longer have access to any email or appropriate phone then I am afraid you will have to brave the BT phone system so that they can reset your password !!
Hope this is helpful, if so would you please register that with Fixya
scam e-mail to get all of your information when you click on the link
probably too late but simply delete the e-mail
be prepared for a load of junk mail, virus ,malware and the like
upgrade your security protection program run a full scan on the computer to check for embedded problems
Ask BT, by logging in to your BT account.
They gave you a BT account and can provide an email address.
If you don't want e-mail with BT, you could open a free account on Gmail, Yahoo, Microsoft and lots of other providers.
Just goto Gmail.com or Yahoo.com and click on new account. Fill in the boxes and see if the name you choose is free.
