My Ladybug 2200s vapor steam cleaner does not put out any steam. It turns on, after about five minutes the green light goes on indicating it is ready, the pressure indicator does not show any pressure, and nothing comes out the steam wand. What is wrong and how do I fix it? Am I doing something wrong or is it the machine?

Most upright steam cleaners like Hoover and Bissell, you put in the hot water, bissell does have a heater, but it only helps get the hot water a alittle hotter. But a model number would help.
