use your control panel, go to control panel clickon printers and other hardware, then phone and modem options then click on the advanced at the top and a menu should come up with the manufacturer name for the modem it will be high lighted in blue, then write it down and find it on the web. if not just log into the internet select your add hardware and use the install wizard to find the drivers for you and it will down load them for you. XP can be a wonderful program with this type of help.
