Get your system to a repair shop! Note that the problem is in the PB9 jack at the back of the subwoofer and don't try to wiggle anything yourself - they're great speakers, don't do anything you'll regret.

These don't usually have a fuse. Let go through a few troubleshooting steps. Unplug from you computer and plug into an mp3 player or anything that uses the same size plug.
*If they work
Then it is in your computer. Plug some headphones in the output (normally the green plug) and test that. Go to control panel>sounds and audio devices and make sure your volume is at least half way up and not muted. If that is ok, check your hardware. right click on "My computer" the select properties, hardware tab then device manager button and see if there is a yellow exclamation on your sound device. If there is reinstall the driver.
*If they didn't work on another device (like a walkman) then it is probabbly your speakers.
unplug and wait for a few minutes then replug. Ensure any lights are on, on the unit. If they don't come on then the unit is probabbly been damaged by a power surge or lightning. They aren't user fixable usually. Return or replace.
SOURCE: Logitech Z-10 speakers stopped working, no power
My symptoms were that the speakers stopped working all of a sudden.
Display showed power but gave no access to volume adjustment and did
not play sounds.
I read a vague comment by another poster and it worked!
They
said to unplug it from the power plug and leave it overnight before
replugging it in...... at first I dismissed this, and tried everything
else to no resolution. I was ready to return the speakers but decided
to unplug it and see... Bingo********! in the morning
