Question about HP Photosmart D7160 InkJet Printer
My printer makes a lot of noise when it tries to print. Then i get the error message i listed above. It says i'm out of paper but the tray has paper in it.
Here is a reply from HP about this error. The "Semifull Reset" seems to work for me so far.

I understand from your e-mail that your printer makes a lot of noise when it tries to print and also gives the following error message "Out of Paper Load paper face down in Main Tray", I regret for the inconvenience and apologize for the same.
To isolate the issue, I recomemnd you to refer this website and ensure the correct paper load:
Copy the URL from "http" to "c00704348", paste it in the address bar of the browser and then press Enter.
And now to resolve the issue, I request you to perform the following website:
Copy the URL from "http" to "c00786157", paste it in the address bar of the browser and then press Enter.
Now check the status, if the issue persist then perform teh following steps:
I. Power cycle
Follow the steps below to power cycle your all-in-one:
1. Unplug the power supply from the wall outlet.
2. Unplug the power supply from the back of the printer.
3. Wait at least 20 seconds, then plug in the supply back into the wall outlet.
4. Plug in the power supply back into the printer.
5. Press the power button to turn the printer on.
II. Semifull Reset:
A semi-full reset will do the following:
The user settings to the factory defaults, Language and country settings on some models.
Reset the All-in-One to the factory default settings by using these instructions:
1. Unplug the power cable from printer when the printer is powered on.
2. Press and hold OK and HELP buttons while plugging in the power cord.
