I just need the software to install my web cam

i have chinese brand webcam .but i don't have the instillation cd.what to do, which soft ware is best one for me.
its a chinese brand.. brand name is 星空卫士（xing kong wei shi). its a very unpopular chinese local webcam company. what option i have.

As you know mandarin/chinese and I do not. For most devices when I am looking for a driver I go to the manufacturers web site look for links about technical support, support, downloads, drivers and armed with a model number and my operating system name quite often I find what I am looking for. Hopefully, it may be similar for this chinese company.
