You cannot just pry it off...this model has a tapered shaft...

first remove the plastic cover underneath...then disconnect the wires and set the cover aside..loosen the center bolt that clamps the rotor to the crankshaft (loosen but dont remove...just thread it out approximately 3/16-1/4 inch) and use an automotive alternator/power steering pressed on pulley removal/installer tool to put pressure on the bolt and pop the taper loose..the ridge on the rotor is the right size for this type of puller tool....you may need to put the puller really tight and tap the end of it to break tension...you''l hear a "pop" when the taper lets go and then its simply a matter of removing the tool and unthreading the bolt ....set the rotor aside and then there is just three bolts to remove the engine.

I assume that you have taken the obvios bolts out. in the end of the gen there should be a cap dead center. remove. there should be a bolt that run through and threads into the crank shaft of the motor.remove. then it should be a simple matter of light and equal prying

TRYING TO REMOVE GENERATOR, SO THATI CAN REBUILD ENGINE. How do I do that?

remove rear cover on the generator and loosen the center bolt a few turns then carefully give the bolt a hard center rap with a large hammer ...you should feel the taper release from the engine crankshaft and then the rest should be easy to see how it comes apart...I looked online and couldn't find a good illustraded parts list for your model so this is the best info I can give.

Fipped over

This is a search and find type of problem. Check all wiring, especially if the generator has a low oil cut off switch. Check the wiring to that. Also, check carburetor linkage and for any springs that may have come off. Check the linkage to the governor on the engine to make sure the linkage is not binding.

Remove generator from engine

Pull the end off the generator and you will have to buy or borrow an armature puller to remove the armature. It threads into the end of the shaft and pushes it off. I've seen many people destroy their generator by prying with screwdrivers. The engine has a tapered shaft and is sort of useless for any other application other than a generator.
