Question about Motorola Mobility Moto Q
My moto q synched the first time I tried but after that it hasn't worked Activesync gives me the error "cannot sync to device" as soon as i plug in the motoq
Try plugging the USB cable into a different port. Sometimes this resolves the problem. Another possibility is to make sure you have the latest version of Active Synch from Microsoft's Mobile Windows site.
