If the phone is still under warranty, take it and the offending handset group back for exchange; otherwise assume you have one or more dead cells in the pack. To verify this swap out battery packs to see if the phone they were transferred to works. If it works leave 'em in for a while and check again. Using the phone will cause a heavier drain on the batteries. Is possible the unit may need replacing.

Power went off yesterday including my Uniden 5.8GHz phone, tv, and computer. Everything is working now except my Uniden phone. I cannot hear anything not even the dialing tones. What went wrong? How do I get back to working again?
