My airwell outside unit ices up when turned on , only in the mornings , is this a normal thing to happen.

Yes and no. Your outdoor unit will begin to freeze when the temp is extremely low. Should have a defrost feature that will quickly thaw coil and resume heating once thawed. This should all happen on its own.

Wii has flashing lines across screen then turns black, stays black, and can't do anything. If i am able to turn it back on it does this again rather quickly

This needs to be professionally repaired.
The problem is in the systems video card
There are only a few people that can do the process properly and fix the system permanently.
the wii console is probably the most complex system to take apart and put back together properly without damaging anything internally due to the small nature of the unit.
if you need help getting this unit fixed please feel free to contact me

I have a GE Profile Artica, This am the unit stopped running and the adjust temperature displays were both blank. The letters hrs appear in the turbo cool display. I unplugged the unit for 1 hour and...

The "HRS" indicator is referring to hours and is related to the Quick Thaw or Express Thaw mode. If the Quick Thaw or Express Thaw feature is turned off then the "HRS" should disappear. However, it this is not the case most likely you will need to replace the main control board.

Hi, when i turn on the unit the word "HOLD" comes on for a second then the unit turns off.. What is up???

First thing is to check the power supply... dead battery or power adapter will be enough to start unit but quickly give out and turn off. If unit uses Alkaline batteries, do NOT try to use rechargeables as they run lower voltage and fail quickly, especially as they age.

Generator has no electrical out put

Usually if a generator sits for awhile, it will lose its polarity. A quick check for this is to plug in a drill, start the generator and turn the the voltage on has if to use it, then turn the drill chuck has quickly has possible. This action re-polarizes the generator unit. I would also make sure the circuit breakers are seated down.

Hand held monitor not working

Sounds like the units need to be paired. Start with all units off. Then turn on one of the parent units. Press and hold the menu button until it beeps. Quickly turn on the nursery unit and press and hold the button on the nursery unit that has the parent unit icon below it. After a couple of seconds the units will pair. Repeat this process with the other parent unit.

I have a panasonic dmr-es20d dvd recorder. It has lost all of it's channels today, as expected but when I re-tune it it is not finding any. I have used an aerial socket that was used to successfully...

This worked for me... In the "Others" section of the Setup options, set Quick Start to Off. Then select and confirm the Shipping Condition option. Power the unit down using the unit's on/off button then switch the unit off at the mains. After a few seconds, switch it back on at the mains then turn it on via the on/off button. On power-up, it should (eventually) start scanning, but this time it should find the channels. I usually only need to turn Quick Start off to force a clock update when the clocks go back/forward, but it would appear that with Quick Start enabled, the unit attempts to used cached info about the channel multiplexes, which was obviously invalidated by today's mux re-organisation. Hope it works for you too.

Leaking water

we had the same issue, and it turned out that our filters inside the unit (the indoor unit) were pretty dirty and needed a clean, and also the run-off pipe/hose was blocked with a sludge, etc. We had to clean the filters inside just with warm soapy water and then blow up the hose outside and it fixed it pretty much straight away.

handy tip - take your mouth off the hose quickly, as the sludge will come out of there pretty quickly as the handy one found out!
