Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3

2 Answers

I just got a Razr V3 - I wanted the personal pics from my old phone - so I forwarded them to my husband - who then forwarded them to me on the new phone.

PROBLEM: Can't open message - or pic. When I try to delete them it says - "Message download will be interrupted. Delete anyway?" When I try to press the yes key - it won't accept it - so I have to hit no - and the file stays in my inbox (so can't open or delete file).

can you help me PLEASE?

Go to tools, initial setup, and then master reset. be sure to save all of your numbers and downloaded ringtones if possible because it will erase everything

I don't think that there really is anything you can do. From what your saying it sounds like your phone is completly shelled out. Sorry.. I recommend getting a new one!

You will need to purchase Motorola Mobile Office Tools to transfer data and pics to/from your Razr. You can send them to your email box but that will incur internet phone charges.

Motorola V3 Razr Sending/Receiving pics in text messages

ATT should have looked to see if the internet service is turned off for that particular phone. If thats the case, you shall not send receive pictures. Thats the only the reason you should not be able to send receive pictures.

Call ATT again and ask them that. Sorry to say you might have got the high school dropout rehab person that day.

you can try master reset on the phone 000000...that may work if not install the MPT 4.0 version on your pc then transfer them to the pc then to the other phone.

After that and the problem still persist, you would have to reflash the firmware on the phone, not to worry it is not going to delete and msgs or pics you have stored on the will just upgrade the present firmware on the phone to correct any bugs clicthes you may be having with the phone.

Phone won't send or receive pics

Contact your service and let them know you're not setup for internet connections. That's how pics are sent and received. They'll get you fixed up.
